Brush well
Brush twice a day with fluoride toothpaste. Take time to brush the gumline, back teeth, and all tooth surfaces.
Choose water
Sweet drinks can increase tooth decay risk, especially when they are sipped often during the day. Water is the best everyday choice.
Get help early
Do not wait if there is severe pain, swelling, injury, ongoing bleeding, trouble breathing or swallowing, or symptoms that are getting worse. For trouble breathing or swallowing, seek emergency help now. In Australia, call triple zero (000) in an emergency.
